Jolene Paige

Summer Kickoff in Idyllwild 2026

Jolene Paige rediscovered her passion for creating art after a long career in air traffic control.  Jolene returned to college to pursue her education in the arts.  Her training has included taking many workshops in soft pastel, watercolor, gouache, acrylic and oil painting.  

Her involvement with several art groups has provided a background in exhibiting art with galleries and pop up events. 

Plein Air painting provides the perfect outlet for communing with nature and pursuing different techniques to convey the feeling of the great outdoors.  Using a variety of mediums, Jolene challenges herself to put her love of nature’s beauty on a two dimensional surface and share these works with others.  Spending time observing nature in the California mountains, beaches and deserts is where you will find Jolene Paige.20
